Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were practical and spacious, with lovely views, but they felt a bit cramped with limited space for clothes despite having a large bed. The entry setup with individual doors was unique and interesting. The service was good overall, and the location was convenient for my needs, although the outside area near the entrance was not well-maintained. The dining options were a pleasant surprise, offering a nice change from the usual continental fare, but I felt they were a bit overpriced for what you receive.
The room was small but perfectly formed, with a wet room and a bed that also served as a sofa, just as expected and functional. The need for squeegees in the wetroom to remove water after showering was a minor inconvenience. However, the room was facing a dark wall that was slightly smelly. The hotel's location was excellent, near the center and just a short walk to the underground station. The area was vibrant and multicultural, though some parts felt unsafe with the smell of drugs. The dining experience was a nice surprise with good food, even though choices were limited. Overall, the hotel provided a decent value for the money.
The hotel is situated in a very questionable area where I did not feel safe, however, it's only 2 minutes away from Whitechapel Station which is convenient for getting around London. The rooms were lovely and well thought out, although the wet room concept made the floor very wet and obstructed access to the toilet with only 4 hangers available. The main road view was a downside due to constant noise. The dining experience was good but a bit overpriced compared to local options. The service was friendly and offered useful amenities like tours and ticket assistance, though not exceptional. The facilities were decent, but no standout features.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although there were some dirty stains on the toilet paper in the bathroom. The service was good with various amenities offered, but the location was a bit far from central stations, making it a bit inconvenient to access. The dining options were decent, with a great avocado on toast for breakfast. The facilities were well-equipped, contributing to a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were nice, maybe a little small, but I loved the terrace. Overall, it's a very nice hotel and great value for the money. I especially enjoyed the games room and library. However, the room switching process could be smoother.
The hotel offers great rooms with lovely stylish decor, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the location might lack charm and feel a bit rundown. The dining options are varied but may be pricey. The service stands out with convenient amenities and helpful staff.
